The Serenity Prayer - ニーバーの祈り

" God,

give us grace to accept with serenity the things

that cannot be changed,

courage to change the things

that should be changed,

and the wisdom to distinguish the one from the other. "

" 神よ、

変えることのできるものについて、

それを変えるだけの勇気をわれらに与えたまえ。

変えることのできないものについては、

それを受けいれるだけの冷静さを与えたまえ。

そして、

変えることのできるものと、変えることのできないものとを、

識別する知恵を与えたまえ。"

Twitterで見つけたこの言葉、、、
初めて見たけど心に響きました。
 
人の力はすべてにおいて100％ではないかもしれない、、、
だからこそ、今出来ることをやる勇気と出来ないことを受け入れること
これがとても大切なことなんだな～と思いました。
