Im on a diet!
I got 2nd herb cordial & herb tea for swelling of body.I think so far, so good! ;)
最近ハーブにハマってます。。
こちらはデトックスに効果あるみたい♪
たしかに、おトイレが近くなった。。笑
しかし、岩盤浴のほうが即効性あり！
